[Media Feature] Shodo Artist SORA Featured on Oregon Voyager Magazine

My work and artistic journey were featured by Oregon Voyager Magazine as part of its "Daily Inspiration" series.

In the article published on August 24, 2026, "Daily Inspiration: Meet SORA Shodo," Oregon Voyager introduces my path from growing up in Oita, Japan, to becoming an ANA flight attendant, and ultimately finding my way back to the brush and ink through sumi calligraphy in Portland, Oregon.

The interview explores how I blend classical shodo training with live performance art, my connection to nature as a source of creative energy, and the personal struggles and lessons that continue to shape my work today.
