Art Works (Originals & Prints)

What's the difference between an original artwork and a print?
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind calligraphy pieces. Prints are made-to-order and produced after you place your order.
Will the colors or texture look different in person compared to the photos?
Possibly. Colors can vary depending on your screen or device settings. Also, because we work with natural materials (paper and ink) and handmade processes, you may notice subtle variations in texture, ink depth, and paper character.
Are variations between pieces considered defects?
No. Small differences caused by natural materials and handcrafting (such as brush texture, ink variation, or paper characteristics) are part of the artwork's character and are not considered defects.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other options shown at checkout. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email—what should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order details (and order number, if available).

Shipping (Processing, Tracking & Delivery)

When will my order ship?
Processing times (business days, excluding weekends and holidays) are: Made-to-order prints: 7–14 business days, Original artworks: 10–21 business days. Processing begins after your payment is successfully received.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time starts once your order is handed to the carrier. Transit times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates only—delivery dates aren't guaranteed.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes, when available. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. For large-format shipments, tracking updates may appear less frequently than standard parcels.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. If you need delivery outside the U.S., please contact us before placing an order.

Returns, Damage & Missing Packages

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
In general, all prints (made to order) and original artworks (one of a kind) are final sale, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering errors.
My item arrived damaged / defective / incorrect—what should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include: Your order number. A brief description of the issue. Clear photos of the item, packaging materials, and the outer shipping box/label (if applicable). Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved, as carriers may require them.
Tracking hasn't updated / my package seems lost—what happens next?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can open an inquiry with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost or not delivered, we'll offer a replacement (when possible) or a refund.
Tracking says "Delivered," but I can't find my package.
If tracking shows "Delivered," what we can do may be limited. We recommend checking around your delivery location, with your building management, or with neighbors. We can also assist with carrier inquiries when possible and may request additional delivery confirmation details. If the carrier confirms misdelivery (delivered to the wrong address), we'll work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Copyright & Social Media

Can I post my purchase on social media?
Yes—personal, non-commercial sharing (like posting a photo of your purchased artwork) is generally allowed, as long as you don't claim authorship, remove watermarks, or use the content commercially.
Can I use the artwork images for commercial purposes (prints, merch, etc.)?
No. Purchasing a physical artwork or print does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights. Commercial use (including reproduction, distribution, or creating derivative works) requires our prior written permission.
