Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. If you need delivery outside the U.S., please contact us before placing an order.

Processing Time (Production / Preparation)

Prints (Made to Order):
Processing time: 7–14 business days to produce and prepare your order for shipment.

Original Artworks (One-of-a-Kind):
Processing time: 10–21 business days for careful preparation, protective packaging, and shipment arrangements. Because original artworks may be large and made with natural materials, additional handling time may be needed to ensure safe delivery.

“Business days” do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time begins after payment is successfully received.

Shipping Time (Carrier Transit)

Shipping time begins once your order has been handed to the carrier. Transit times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates only. While we do our best to support smooth delivery, delivery dates are not guaranteed. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you and provide options in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping Rates & Checkout

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout unless otherwise stated. Any applicable local taxes may be collected at checkout where required.

If you place an order containing multiple items (for example, prints and original artworks), items may ship separately, and shipping charges may reflect different packaging and handling requirements.

Tracking

We provide tracking information when available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. For certain large or specialized shipments, tracking updates may appear less frequently than standard parcels.

Packaging, Insurance, and Signature (Original Artworks)

Original artworks are packaged with extra protection due to their fragile nature. For higher-value orders or large-format artworks, we may add shipping insurance and/or require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt.

For certain large-format shipments, the carrier may require a delivery appointment or additional access information (such as building entry instructions). If we need any details, we will contact you.

For large-format original artworks, delivery may be made to the building entrance/curbside (standard carrier delivery) and typically does not include inside placement or installation.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or incur additional carrier fees.

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

For certain large-format shipments, we may be unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or similar non-standard addresses.

For large-format deliveries or delivery appointments, we may request a phone number and/or access instructions (such as gate codes or building entry details) to help ensure successful delivery.

Undeliverable Packages / Refused Deliveries

If a package is returned to us because it is undeliverable (for example, an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refused delivery), we can work with you on one of the following options:

  • Reship the order (additional shipping costs may apply), or
  • Cancel the order (when cancellation is possible), minus any non-recoverable shipping and handling costs charged by the carrier or fulfillment partners.

Lost or Missing Packages (Not Delivered)

If tracking indicates a package may be lost in transit or not delivered (for example, tracking has not updated for an extended period, or the carrier confirms non-delivery), please contact us as soon as possible so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost or not delivered, we will offer a replacement (when possible) or a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Delivery Confirmation & Theft After Delivery

If tracking shows a package as “Delivered”, we may be limited in what we can offer for loss or theft after delivery. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location (and, when available, selecting signature confirmation for higher-value deliveries).

However, we will reasonably assist with carrier inquiries when possible and may request additional information (for example, delivery confirmation details) to help investigate. 

If the carrier confirms misdelivery (for example, delivered to the wrong address), we will work with you on an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number, and
  • photos of the item, packaging materials, and the outer shipping box/label.

Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved, as carriers may require them for inspection. If the outer box appears significantly damaged at delivery, we recommend taking photos before disposing of any materials.

Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

We strive to ship within the processing times listed above. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping and delivery may be delayed due to events beyond our control (for example, carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events). While we cannot guarantee delivery timelines in these situations, we will do our best to support you and provide updates when available.
