Open Morning with Tea & Coffee — Write Your Own Prayer at SORA Shodo Studio
This week, SORA Shodo Studio opens its doors for a quiet morning ritual. Stop by anytime between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM, no appointment needed, and take a moment for yourself with a cup of tea or coffee.
While you're here, you're invited to sit at the brush and write your own prayer. A simple act of intention, ink on paper, in the spirit of Japanese calligraphy.
祈 Prayer Calligraphy Commissions
Alongside the open morning, I'll also be taking personal calligraphy commissions during studio hours. Bring a name, or a word that holds meaning for you, and I'll bring it to life in brush and ink.
All proceeds will go toward Kumamoto earthquake relief.
- A name or a word you love — $15
- Custom piece — $55
Whether it's your own name, the name of someone you love, or a single word you want to carry with you, each piece is written by hand, with care, in the moment you share it with me.
